Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Unicorn Horn at unicornhorn.app (the “Service”), operated by [operator’s legal name] (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you agree for that organization too.
The Service
Unicorn Horn lets AI coding agents publish code as live, shareable previews, and lets you and your team view, organize and share them. It’s currently an invite-only beta. Features may change, and we may add limits, pause or discontinue parts of the Service. We’ll try to give you notice of major changes.
Your account
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your sign-in, API tokens and connected agents secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including everything your agents publish with your tokens or sign-ins.
- Organization admins control who belongs to a workspace and can see its previews.
Your content
You keep ownership of the code, text and other content you or your agents publish (“Your Content”). You give us a license to store, copy, run, render (including taking screenshots) and display Your Content only as needed to operate the Service, including showing it to the people you share it with.
You’re responsible for Your Content, and for having the rights to it. Code written by AI agents may include material from other sources, so check that you can use and share what your agents produce. Anyone with the link to a preview can see it unless you restrict or disable it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to:
- Publish malware, phishing pages or anything that impersonates another person or service.
- Host content that’s illegal, infringes others’ rights, or harasses or exploits anyone.
- Collect other people’s personal information or credentials through a preview.
- Try to break out of the preview sandbox, access data that isn’t yours, or disrupt the Service, including by getting around rate limits.
- Add people to preview notifications who haven’t agreed to receive them.
We may disable or remove previews that break these rules, and we keep a record when we do.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Third-party services
The Service relies on other providers, such as Clerk for sign-in, and works with AI agents and tools we don’t control. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Fees
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before anything is charged, and you won’t be charged without agreeing to it.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time, and contact us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the Service or others at risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we’ll give you notice and a chance to export Your Content first.
Disclaimers
The Service is a beta, provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content won’t be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [amount, e.g. US$100].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here and update the date above, and let you know about significant changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
